Global Energy Internet Grid Construction
Based on the 2050 global energy interconnection (GEI) scenario and backbone grid plan, such issues in the construction of the GEI as high proportion of clean energy, connecting pattern and grid structure, operation control measures, etc. Smart grids can play an important role in addressing increasingly untenable economic, environmental, and social trends in the supply and use of energy. This paper presents the contribution of an utterly systematic model and method for evaluating the comprehensive benefits of energy interconnection and analyzes the comprehensive benefits of energy interconnection development from multiple dimensions in economics, society, resources, and links. China Energy Storage Network News : On October 25th local time, Liu Zhenya, Chairman of the Global Energy Internet Development Cooperation Organization and Chairman of the China Electricity Council, was invited to attend the launch ceremony of the "Bit·Watt" (Information and Energy) Action Plan. China has set a goal of reaching a carbon peak by 2030 and becoming carbon neutral by 2060.
