This Technical Specification (TS) has been produced by ETSI Technical Committee Access, Terminals, Transmission and Multiplexing (ATTM). A centralized OTDR-based solution is the core of this evolved methodology, which greatly improves the visibility and operation efficiency in maintaining ODN quality and resilience.
