Fiber optic modem (ONT): Most fiber connections require an Optical Network Terminal (ONT), provided by your ISP. Compatible router: Verify that your router supports fiber optic input (look for an SFP or WAN port labeled "ONT" or "Fiber"). It's going to be wires only and the ISP has said they'll terminate on a BT Openreach Adva NTE - presenting an LC SFP module. They are responsible for establishing and managing the leased line connections, ensuring secure data transfer between Branch A and Branch B.
