Do blue laser diodes transmit light and are they usable
The blue laser is a device that emits a light beam in the wavelength range between 400 nm and 500 nm, visible as violet or blue to the human eye. Note that even lasers clearly emitting in the violet spectral region (below β 450 nm) are often called blue lasers instead of violet lasers. Gallium nitride (GaN) phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes (Pc-WLEDs) are emerging as an indispensable solid-state lighting (SSL) source for next-generation display.
