The transceiver consists of three sections: a 1310nm FP LD laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. 25Gbps SFP transceiver module supports up to SX 550m, SX 2km, LX/LH 10km, EX 40km, ZX 80km link lengths over LC duplex SMF fiber which operating at 850nm, 1310nm, or 1550nm wavelengths. They are designed for use in Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and SONET/SDH.
